Established in 2020, Wells Construction has become one of Denver’s most exciting residential design builders. Collaborating with talented architects, designers, and contractors, we make it a focus to design and build quality homes. As a “boutique” design builder we facilitate the entire process, from the very early stages of design, all the way through the last detail of Construction. This highly involved approach allows us to execute every design detail, creating a designer home you will see and feel. We pride ourselves on continuing to evolve with new building practices and design trends to bring well designed, and well-built homes to the Denver area.
About the Owner
Grant Wells is a Colorado Native with a passion for home building. Grants passion began at a young age, and was pursued with an education in Architecture at the University of Colorado. Soon after, Grant obtained his General Contractor license and managed the construction of over 100 luxury homes in the Denver area. Managing construction proved a vital experience, but Grant found his true passion lie in facilitating and executing good designs. Thus, Wells Construction was established. Grant now oversees the entire design-build process, giving every home the level of attention it deserves so it can be admired for generations to come.
